Il Casale della Gazza Ladra - Towers view

Il Casale della Gazza Ladra is a completely independent cottage located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, right in front of the famous towers of San Gimignano.
Its location is privileged because it enjoys the peace and tranquility of the countryside, the house is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards (completely organic), yet it is only a 5-minute drive from the center.
The house is on one level and is accessed from a classic Tuscan brick courtyard, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. In the garden, a modern TANKKD above-ground galvanized steel swimming pool awaits you to cool off on hot days (dimensions: diameter 210 cm, depth 61 cm).

The first room in the house is the living/dining room (with a fireplace that cannot be used for safety reasons). On the left is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking and a Lavazza Tiny Eco pod coffee machine. The kitchen has a French window leading to the garden, where you will find a barbecue for summer grilling.
To the right of the living room is the first bedroom, with a double bed. The bedroom is connected to a small room with a wardrobe, which leads to the private bathroom, complete with toilet, sink, and bathtub.


Also accessible from the living room are the second bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a study/relaxation area, perfect for smart working, and the second bathroom complete with toilet and shower (no bidet).
One of the features that makes this cottage unique is that every room has access to the outside, making the house very bright and giving the feeling of being immersed in nature! Last but not least, guests have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack, and everything else they need.

Private parking spaces are available for guests.
The property is not suitable for pets as it is not completely fenced in.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
There is no air conditioning, but fans are available in every room.
