The apartment is located in the heart of Tuscany, in the historic center of San Gimignano, a stone's throw from the Duomo and the most beautiful piazzas, from our windows you can admire the city's rooftops and twin towers. The central location allows you to experience the best of what S. Gimignano has to offer, from bars to restaurants, museums and churches to stores and wine bars. It is located in a quiet, no-traffic area, the only noise you will hear is the sound of the bells of the Duomo, which are only a short distance away.

The apartment was recently renovated and consists of a large space where you will find a new and modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator as well as a living area, where you can relax.

The bathroom, also new, is large and has a shower, hair dryer and toiletries.
Finally, the large double bedroom, also has a single bed that can also be used as a sofa, a closet and dresser to arrange your clothes.
