La Fonte di Francesca

La Fonte di Francesca is a modern apartment located in the countryside of San Gimignano. Its main feature is the large terrace for exclusive use, on three sides of the house, where you can enjoy the coolness of summer evenings and eat outside.
The house is entirely on one floor and consists of a large living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed and a bathroom complete with shower.
The house is on the 1st floor of a private cottage and has independent and fully gated access.
The owners live on the ground floor but the two units are completely independent and separate. Animals are not allowed as the property has an elderly dog that lives in the garden of the house.
