The Artists'Exclusive Private Tower

The Artists' Tower is an exclusive apartment located in the charming Piazza della Cisterna, in the heart of the historic center, made unique by the private access of one of the famous towers of San Gimignano, which is part of the property!
Major renovations of are completed in 2024, to finally allow, the connection of one of the towers of San Gimignano, to the house. The work took time and effort of many professionals, architects and the involvement of the Superintendence of Fine Arts, giving guests an exclusive access to admire the city from the top of one of its towers!
The interior staircase was completely handcrafted by local artisans.
The atmosphere of the house is made even more magical by the unique décor, featuring fine artwork and fine furniture, which traces the taste of the owners, a well-known local family of painters and ceramists.
The apartment is located on the third floor, no elevator, of a medieval building and measures 210 square meters.
It consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3bathrooms complete with shower and bathtub, a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need and featuring a large wooden table on which to eat,. The kitchen has a characteristic wooden balcony that overlooks the countryside, providing a unique view for morning coffee.
The house has ample space dedicated to lounge, where guests can relax reading a good book accompanied by a glass of wine, or listening to music.
Last but not least, the veranda overlooking the Piazza della Cisterna, which allows guests to relax while enjoying a unique and exclusive view.
A laundry area, with a washing machine and clothesline, is also available to guests.

AIR CONDITIONING:
The Artists' Tower is an eco-friendly property subject, in addition, to special structural conditions related to the historic building in which it is located.
Therefore, air conditioning is available but does not reach extremely low temperatures!
Generally, the indoor temperature is about 23 degrees in summer, which is an absolutely pleasant temperature.
However, to cope with exceptionally hot days, the house is also equipped with fans.
Upon request, home cooking experiences can be booked with a private chef.
Children 12 and under are welcome.
