Villa La Catena 6+2

Villa La Catena is located on a branch of the ancient Via Francigena in the quiet village of Ulignano, a hamlet of San Gimignano, from which it is 6 km along a paved road. The accommodation has been the subject of a long and meticulous renovation completed in December 2021 and is composed of: a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with double sink and shower, a bathroom with washing machine and sink for laundry. The rooms are 330 cm high and are furnished with traditional local furniture and pieces of fine craftsmanship. A cot with bars is available on request.
All rooms are spacious and bright, with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Free Wi-Fi at 100 Mb. Satellite TV.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and has a large exclusive outdoor area with relaxation and dining area, private swimming pool with sun loungers and deckchairs.
In the 8-bed version, a third room, with external access, is added to the main structure. The room is very spacious and has a bathroom inside that has not been renovated. However, it has all the essential facilities, toilet, bidet and shower with curtain
