Belvedere di Giulia - countryside with pool

Belvedere di Giulia, is a large country property with a private garden and parking space. From the garden, which is completely fenced off, you enter the house via a few steps. The main door opens onto a large living room in perfect rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and exposed rafters.
The living room has a dining area with chairs and table and a sitting area, with sofa, pouf and coffee table, right in front of the fireplace.
At the beginning of the living room we find on the left the first bathroom, with ante-bathroom and wash basin and separate, toilet and bidet. On the right instead we will find the laundry room, with washing machine and everything you need.
Also from the central hall we enter the large kitchen, reached by a few steps. The kitchen overlooks the garden directly through a French window. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: tables, chairs, dishes, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven and espresso machine.
In the outdoor garden we will find a table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue.
Reentering the house, we will find at the end of the hall on the right a second full bathroom with shower.
On the left, a small hallway leads to the two double bedrooms, both with closets.
One of the two rooms has the option of converting the double bed into two single beds. There is also an ottoman that can become a single bed and a sofa bed (in the living room)
The property is completed with a beautiful swimming pool from which you can admire the characteristic towers of San Gimignano while enjoying a refreshing bath. The pool is condominium but each property has its own private space with sunbeds, deck chairs and umbrella.
The pool is open from June 1 to September 30
