Sunflowers is an apartment located just a stone’s throw from one of the town’s two main gates, Porta San Giovanni, which leads into the heart of the town of San Gimignano.


The apartment is located within a small building comprising just a few units. Access to the property is through a communal gate that opens onto a small courtyard with two entrance doors. The door on the left opens onto a shared hallway with another apartment; both have their own private entrance.
From the front door, you enter directly into the kitchen-living room, which features a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Moving further in, you’ll find the first full bathroom with a shower and the first master bedroom. The ground floor of the house does not have air conditioning, but every room is equipped with fans.
Climb a wooden staircase to reach the second attic-level room, featuring a spacious second bedroom with a sofa area or home office space. This double bedroom can be converted into a room with two single beds if needed and has a large private bathroom with a shower. The attic is equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, as are sheets and towels for every guest. We also offer convenient parking, included in the price, located a short distance from the house. An important bonus for the summer season. The house is located just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so you can drive up to the house to unload your luggage. The house is a short walk from the city’s Coop supermarket and a bike rental center.
